From Press Conference at LCSO Dec 7th, 2018

Five people have been arrested on 37 warrants including 13 charges of drug trafficking as the result of the simultaneous execution of four search warrants at three locations early last Friday morning, November 30, 2018.  Agents of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force, criminal and crime scene investigators, deputies, the Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team, two agents of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and two investigators with the York County Sheriff’s Office along with their drug detecting K-9 arrived at the side-by-side homes at 1923 and 1935 Barker Lane just off the Great Falls Highway.  The homes are both controlled by Hayzier Ishad Gladden, age 24.  Gladden lives in 1935 Barker Lane, and Stefan Craig Perry, age 46, and Tamra Leighann Cameron, age 36, live in 1923 Barker Lane.

Perry, Cameron, and their four-year-old child were found inside 1923 Barker Lane. The adults were detained as the search was conducted.  The search yielded approximately 52 grams of suspected Heroin, 1,120.2 grams (2.47 pounds) of suspected Methamphetamine in 22 bags, 7.5 pounds of pills suspected to be Oxycodone, 1,748 dosage units of suspected MDMA or Ecstasy, and 15.2 grams of suspected Marijuana.  Agents also found drug paraphernalia including digital scales; six semiautomatic pistols, one of which had been reported stolen; several pistol magazines; ammunition of various calibers; and$557 in cash.  The drugs and loaded pistols were accessible to the child. Perry and Cameron were taken into custody, and arrangements were made for the child.

Gladden, Jizmine Tatyana Williams, age 24, another adult female, and Williams’ three-year-old child were found inside 1935 Barker Lane.  The adults were also detained, and the house was searched. Suspected Heroin,  Oxycodone, and Marijuana were found along with digital scales. Agents also seized two semiautomatic pistols, multiple magazines, and ammunition of various calibers.  Cash in the amount of $1002 was found in an unsecured lock box, and cash in the amount of $9,152 was found in a dresser drawer. The drugs and the loaded pistols were accessible to the child.  Gladden was taken into custody.  Williams was arrested Thursday, December 6, and charged with Unlawful Neglect of a Child.

“This operation was not the routine service of a search warrant,” said Sheriff Barry Faile.  “On November 19 two of our Drug Task Force agents made a routine car stop. Information, contraband, and evidence gathered during that car stop corroborated intelligence our agents had gathered in an ongoing investigation and supplied additional details leading to individuals and locations to be searched.  We developed a plan with a lot of moving parts and executed that plan last Friday morning without a hitch.  At the end of the day we had arrested four people and seized approximately 25,000 Oxycodone pills, 1,748 Ecstasy pills, 2 ½ pounds of Methamphetamine, 55 grams of Heroin, and a little Marijuana.  The estimated street value of these drugs is about $420,000.  We also took ten pistols and a rifle out of circulation and seized $12,296.”

“I am proud of our Drug Task Force for putting this operation together under tight time constraints.  Elements of  almost every section of the sheriff’s office participated, and the result was a seamless event with no harm to citizens or officers.  I also want to thank ATF and the York County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.”
