The Kershaw Town Council called a special meeting on Tuesday night. The agenda contained 4 executive session items. Each of the items was approved when the council returned to open session. The items approved were:
1. Approval of contract with Transportation Impact Analysis by Carlisle Associates Inc & Kimley-Horn in the amount of $8250.
2.Approval to direct Mayor Dorman to execute a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of the town with the Kershaw Community Park Council
3.Approval to allocate funds as necessary to provide infrastructure for project pineapple, to include grants and loans of approximately 5 million dollars
4.Allocation of funds to the South Carolina PEBA to cover state retirement claims.
The council adjourned quickly after the four motions carried. No further information is available at this time.
